I put roughly 15-20 miles/week of pavement and dirt path walking on these sneakers. They're comfortable and breathable but I put 3rd party arch/heel insoles for additional support.
No hot feet and no shin splints since I've started wearing these Anta. When these eventually wear out, I'll buy another pair or similar.
