Stylish

These shoes are amazing. Helps me maintain stability when squatting. I have a bad lower back, so I have to be extra careful when squatting, and these shoes ensure my feet are planted flat on the ground.

Word of caution, these shoes are not good for cardio/jump rope/ab circuits etc. The bottom is hard and flat, and it doesn’t bend easily, so constant feet position changes are uncomfortable in these shoes. I’d buy a pair of trainers or sneakers for those days.

Premium quality squat shoes

These are pure squat shoes: raising your heels effectively lengthens your lower leg, making it easier to stay upright when you go deep (this is especially important if you have long femurs.)

Right out of the box, these shoes ooze quality - they're heavy, sturdy where they need to be, but comfortable.

All in all, not cheap, but absolutely worth it.

Arrived in Canada in 9 days, admirable speed!
