I have been using this pair of Anta 2 for the past 6 months for olympic lifting and honestly I'm glad I made this purchase. I could definitely feel the difference in terms of squating lower when doing front and overhead squats due to the elevated heel. I also feel more grounded and stabilized when in catching positions.
